tpeold

Tpeold provides a Shiny interface for analyzing genes and finding TPE-OLD candidates based on known TPE-OLD genes.

Installation

You can install the development version of tepold from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("johrpan/tpeold")
