The items can be bought directly from the running game in the future.
The player can get free coins from the main and pause menu.

Add coins to game
...
This adds a new asset, a new component and some new game mechanics.
Coins will appear every one to two minutes and can be collected by
tapping them.

Add basic shop screen
...
This removes the "support me" button on the home screen and replaces it
with a link to the future shop. The rewarded video ad can be reached
from there. I also cleaned up the localizations and reformated
lib/screens/home.dart.

player has. Therefore rxdart is introduced as a dependency.
